Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Since my lesson plan focussed on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, here's a video I sometimes use in class. Hope you like it!

  5. Celeste,

It is a great topic to present students about the importance of human rights, to make them think about it and to relate them to their context and analyse what is going on in the world in relation to this. Sometimes I like to use some videos from u2, my favorite band, to share with my students and it is gratifying to hear them givig their point of view. Here is a link to a u2 extract from a concert where they make allusion to Human Rights.
